My ERP presentation

 The presentation is a good way to share my ideas to  people, and also a good chance to show me in the class. 

I have a presentation in the Strategic Technology Management class at 11 SEP 2015, the topic is EPR. 

My topic is  ERP Security and risk, and what we should to do.

My main ideas is about system, ERP means one, single system for the whole enterprise. Security is part keeping it running all day, every day, for everyone and part keeping everyone outside who has no business on the inside.

There are more and more danger coming, inside and ourside ERP system.

Today more and more mobile users in our ERP systems. At the same time we want to connect with our smart phones and other mobile devices form outside. the whole system becom more and more danger by users. 

One more thing is more delivery platforms also today. The entire system including the software and all the data is kept somewhere else and maintained by a third party provider. so the ERP system get more and more bug in the whole ERP system.

The third thing is sensitive data. HR is more frequently a component of today’s ERP, so more and more sensitive data in the ERP system, we have to focus on it and try to protect our data safty.

For all of those problem, we can fix it by the follow way

• Change passwords frequently 
• Limit the data any one person can access 
• Log everything
• Maintain a firewall 
• Encrypt your data 
• Secure against fraud 
• Track use of social networks 
• Control external storage by employees 
• Watch traffic through customer and supplier portals 

This is all of my presentation in the Strategic Technology Management class. 

For this presentation, i think i can be better than what i did in the class, and i think i can reading more web and get more information for the topic. it will be better for my topic in this presentation.
