My three user names

Because a lot of different reasons, may be age, knowledge, friends and so on, I used a lot of names in the network, today I want to talking about some story about my user name.

The first story of name is long time ago,  the name long ago when i was a Pupil, the name is "Xuanyuan", it is a surname in Chinese history, is very famous, in the old legend, they lead the people, defeated the devil, also teaching people how to farming, help all of people to get a better life,they are the people's guardian family. i used this name, because I want be a good  people like who in legend, with their own power to protect their own family, love his own country, when I grew up to become a family, have made some contributions to the country. i want to be a hero like the history when I was a child.

The second name is called "Jing yu Dong", the name is about love, I fell in love with my girlfriend at high scholl, not too much money to buy something expensive to show our love, so i used this name to mark our love.  I use the name as a symbol, indicated that the combination of love, looking for the family.this name using my last name, the name of the last word, and my girlfriend' name together as the name, I like this name, because my girlfriend, because of our love, hope our love forever, and have a good life in the future. and i will pay lot of time and money to make sure our life will be good like what wo think.

Abouting the most commonly used name, I have some helpless. I want to use my name as yzd01 or yzd001, but don't know why, these names have been used on a website, I have to use yzd002 as my user name, the name is easy to let people misunderstanding as yzdoo2 or yzdooz, I have to tell all people, the name is 002, not 00z or ooz, very trouble and inconvenient, so I plan to change a better name after I graduated from the university.i don't want to talking everyone about what is my name again when i am in working. the name is used to let people know you, or make a mark to you let people can remember you, but the name of yzd002 have too much mistake understanding, not a good user name.

I think I would like to have a very good remember also won't have a lot of misunderstanding new name after graduating from college, a new name for a new life. get a new name means a new starting, as a man, not more child, working for family, for future.

My neighbor's habit

Mr. lin like to reading the newpaper and check the news in the internet every morning. before he buy the product, he will check all information in the newpaper and internet, then wirte the list for the buying. it is very userful in his real life.

My neighbor, Mr Lin is a enterprise employees, more than forty years old, he will read the newspaper every day , he said it was a habit he from a young age, every day up and read the newspaper, watch the news.

Every time he read the newspaper will see many news, at the same time can also see a lot of advertising, about food, electronics, household items and so on.Each time Mr Lin shopping will be reading the newspaper, focus on the price and quality.

Along with the development of the Internet, Mr Lin will read the newspaper today, also will read news from the Internet at the same time, he would read a lot of shopping before every shopping information, he is very huan plan what to buy, how many money, plan and budget, and then go out shopping.

Lin like in large supermarkets and shopping on the Internet and plan what to buy, how much money.The reason I know this event is that one thing.

I index to know this matter because a home again last year, I need to buy some items to return to Bangkok, then cried out, Lin from neighbor to go, then he would write down all the wulin on the shopping list, and then the next day in the newspapers and the Internet query, then we went shopping together, soon finished shopping, just one hour, very fast, very complete to buy things.

Habit of Mr. Lin, let's go easy targeted advertising, we can do some advertising, newspaper because Mr Lin this age will read them, and then will increase product sales.

My last three phone

 I get three phone in my life so far, starting form second years in my high school, they are PHS ( Personal Handphone System ),Nokia5800 and Samsung note2(N7108).

my first phone PHS, it is coming from my mather, it is my birthday gift, i like it very much, used it for almost two years. it is one of china phone, very special phone, have no good single in the remote area, good news is my school in the city, so it is good for my high shool life, and the price is very cheaper, both phone and consulting fees.
there are some advantages： green environmental protection, exclusive bandwidth and grab the user.
also some disdvantages：the app is very less,, poor coverage and not roami.

PHS ( Personal Handphone System )

My second phone is Nokia 5800XpressMusic，it is new phone for the college life, it is very good phone, the system is Symbian OS.

Performance, 5800 xm adopted SymbianV5 operating system plus S60V5.the third party software resources are very abundant. And the back of a 320 w megapixel camera, support af, and configure the dual LED light.At the same time GPS global positioning system (GPS), WIFI network function and HSDPA also readily available.

It is very new in that years, very useful in my college life, help me lot of thing, like reading textbook, pdf file and ppt for the subject.

The third phone is Samsung note2(N7108), and there is s_pen, i like it very very much , help lot of in the note and quickly mark in the phone, and there are also some other good new thing in the note2,Software is the focus of the Galaxy Note II - because it will directly use the Android 4.1, tie-in S Pen new features Quick Command gesture, Air View can make Pen without touch screen, like the mouse on the screen operation folder and photo gallery, etc.;And S Pen same function, still can quickly extract content and share Easy Clip.

How do I practice green computing

Cloud computing has reached at a great time. It is determined that the worldwide spending over public cloud computing services would develop from 2011 to 2020.

The specific meaning of green computing coverage is very widely. There is no a good definition.

But it believed green computer is accord with environmental protection concept mainframe computer and related products (including monitors, printers and other peripherals), save electricity, low noise, low pollution, low radiation, material recycling and accord with human body engineering characteristics of the product.

Green computing can be thought of as in concerned with the problem of computer system energy consumption at the same time, focus on the dangers of users, resource usage and waste, waste, radiation problem, carry out the idea of energy-saving, environmental protection and saving.Although this idea has been put forward as early as 1992, the relevant technology also had great progress, but in the development of IT in China, green computing is still not widely recognition and actual execution.The main and ideas are being insufficient, manufacturers and users enough attention to it.The increase in costs, technology is not mature and adverse effects on computer performance expectations are also green computing is difficult to introduce one of the important reasons.

My ERP presentation

 The presentation is a good way to share my ideas to  people, and also a good chance to show me in the class. 

I have a presentation in the Strategic Technology Management class at 11 SEP 2015, the topic is EPR. 

My topic is  ERP Security and risk, and what we should to do.

My main ideas is about system, ERP means one, single system for the whole enterprise. Security is part keeping it running all day, every day, for everyone and part keeping everyone outside who has no business on the inside.

There are more and more danger coming, inside and ourside ERP system.

Today more and more mobile users in our ERP systems. At the same time we want to connect with our smart phones and other mobile devices form outside. the whole system becom more and more danger by users. 

One more thing is more delivery platforms also today. The entire system including the software and all the data is kept somewhere else and maintained by a third party provider. so the ERP system get more and more bug in the whole ERP system.

The third thing is sensitive data. HR is more frequently a component of today’s ERP, so more and more sensitive data in the ERP system, we have to focus on it and try to protect our data safty.

For all of those problem, we can fix it by the follow way

• Change passwords frequently 
• Limit the data any one person can access 
• Log everything
• Maintain a firewall 
• Encrypt your data 
• Secure against fraud 
• Track use of social networks 
• Control external storage by employees 
• Watch traffic through customer and supplier portals 

This is all of my presentation in the Strategic Technology Management class. 

For this presentation, i think i can be better than what i did in the class, and i think i can reading more web and get more information for the topic. it will be better for my topic in this presentation.

My IT Plan B

the problem alway coming, and i don't know when and where, so i alway have paln B. My IT paln B is more important than other, because sometime,the program cannot work with out reason. and cannot fix it.

As a students, the MS office is very useful in my universtiy life. and there is a plan B for MS office. it is WPS office. A software also can reading word,ppt......

Msot of time, i used MS office, it si power and useful. but some time, MS office can not open or reading some file without any reason, just can not open it.

So, i alway have plan B for this status. the WPS office. This software is not good, but sometimes, WPS office can reading most of file.

other thing is some time when i download, the file is very old, like edit by MS office 2003, the MS 2010 can not open sometimes, so i used WPS to open it.

How do myself and my family manages our digital (intangible) assets?

there are two main way to manages our digital (intangible) assets: encryption and backup (online backups and local backups)

In my home, most of the intangible property are I and my father management together, now many are run by me.

For documents and television which part will be not used for a long time, my family will change all those files compress in to *.RAR  and make the password by ourselfe, password is belong to who have the files (like I just know my file's password), then make a backup.

In my family, my father and I hvae quite different for the management of intangible assets.

My father prefers to hold everything by himrself, not to the WeChat(like LINE, or FACEBOOK), he likes to lock his computers, electronic devices add password, to protect the itangible assets.

And he like online backup, my father have a backup account in 115.com cloud network, he saved lots of our family files , like recording, audio and photos (full backup).

He thought it would be better to protect our family of intangible assets.

Earlier in 2012, my father give his account of the network to me , the family account management and use by me now.

I prefer the local backup,like mobile hard disk, or other storage devices.I think the backup in the network, data will not be safe, may have been cracked or read, and if we want to use to see the files , it should be base on network situation, even the network speed, it takes a long time to read.
Local data storage can be better management and more easy and faster to read.

For me, I choose Seagate hard disk for store the hard disk,  the disk wlawys is 1 TB, used to back up my data.
